Overview

This is a remote position that may only be hired in NC, SC, and Virginia. This position will perform two primary functions:
1) complex data analysis to identify factors that affect business profitability, growth, and efficiency;
2) process mapping and requirement documentation to assist with buildouts of new workflows and new capabilities. The analyst will act as a liaison between Treasury Management Sales, Product, Onboarding, Implementation, and Support, servicing a variety of business needs in partnership with Enterprise Data, Enterprise Solution Delivery, and Information Technology partners. The analyst may oversee the work of less experienced analysts or assist in special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis – Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Performs advanced data analysis, effectively communicating and directing analysis output.
• Process Mapping – Designs, maps, and communicates new processes engaging multiple stakeholders to improve team practices and automate manual practices.
• Identifying Objectives – Determines business needs through complex analysis and reporting. Develops strategies to achieve company and department goals, and communicates these through specifications, project plans, or other forms of documentation.
• Reporting – Produces reports based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement, and may develop process enhancements based on reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis, data visualization tools (Tableau preferred), SQL, and financial institution specific data.
• Proficiency in process mapping with Visio.
• Strong background in agile methodology with expertise in Jira;
  Mural experience is a plus.
• Effective in soliciting requirements from various stakeholders and documenting/translating those to initiatives, features, epics, stories.
• Experience with financial institution applications and services specific to Treasury Management Services or Cash Management functions.
• Willing to travel to Raleigh for meetings and team meetings.
