This role is best suited to professionals who:

• Have 5+ years’ experience in coaching, consulting, recruitment, leadership, education, sales, HR, healthcare, or corporate roles
• Are comfortable working independently and managing their own schedule
• Value personal growth, ethical work, and long‑term thinking
• Communicate confidently and enjoy meaningful conversations
• Are open to learning new systems and ways of working
• Want flexibility without sacrificing structure, support, or standards
