What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage and oversee the employer's benefit programs, including medical, dental, and retirement plans
  • Administer all employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and effective communication with employees
  • Develop metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of benefits offerings
  • Maintain relationships with benefit providers and vendors to ensure quality service delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits-related inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in benefits roles with practical experience in administering or managing benefit programs
  • Expert knowledge of benefits program concepts, principles, technologies, and related laws
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with ADP and Employee Navigator
  • Knowledge of regulations impacting benefits, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Experience managing relationships with employee benefit brokers and carriers
