Director, Distribution Sales

• Develop and execute annual business plans for revenue growth and market expansion
• Manage a network of distributors and channel partners, overseeing contract negotiations
• Lead and coach a high‑performing sales team with defined quotas and performance metrics
• Own the P&L for the distribution segment, managing budgets and operating expenses
• Build and maintain relationships with major distributors and strategic accounts

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years of leadership experience in sales distribution, logistics, or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of trucking, transportation, and freight optimization
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and C-TPAT compliance
• Proven track record in cost reduction, productivity improvement, and customer service excellence

• Experience managing union and non‑union work forces
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems
• Highly motivated and results‑driven, able to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment
