What You’ll Be Doing
  • Partnering with regional store teams to keep every kitchen order on track and on time
  • Coordinating slotting and delivery schedules to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Supporting quarterly forecasting and capacity planning across regions
  • Analysing order bank data to identify trends, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement
  • Communicating clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels – written, verbal, and virtual
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, operations, and delivery
Who We're Looking For
  • Proven experience managing results in a retail, manufacturing, or customer‑focused setting
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with experience meeting reporting requirements
  • The ability to build strong relationships and influence across teams
  • A commercial mindset and understanding of financial implications
  • A flexible, solution‑focused approach and the ability to juggle priorities
  • A passion for improving processes and delivering great customer outcomes
