Reporting to the
Head of Business Development and Partnerships
at Nasdaq Verafin, the
Senior Directorof Partner Business Development
will play a pivotal role in driving strategicrevenuegrowth through the development and management of high-impact distributionand integrationpartnershipsbringingcomplimentarythird-partysolutionsanddata insightstoour +2,700

Financial Institutioncustomers.

This position requiresexceptionalbusiness development skills, relationship-building skills, and the ability to executecomplexpartnershipdistributionand technical/dataintegrationstrategiesinthedynamicfraud and AML ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribution Partner Development :Identify,developand signnewdistributionpartners thatenhance

    Verafin’spartner ecosystem with complimentaryfraud, AML andthreatintelligencecapabilitiesthatcreate new revenue streams.

  • Integration Partner Development:Identify,developand sign newintegrationand datapartnersthatenrich

    Verafin’scorefraud and AMLproducts.

  • Partner Relationship Management : Own partnerrelationships,drive performance, forecast accuracy, andbookingandrevenue growth.

  • Joint GTM Execution: Build and execute joint

    GTMplansand co-sell motions with partners and internalsales and marketingstakeholders.

  • Pipeline and Forecast Discipline:Maintainaccurate

    CRM hygiene,report on partner pipeline, forecast, and attainment.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Productetc.to accelerate partner-driven opportunities.

  • Required Skills &

    Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in partnership business development,technicalalliances, or partner account management
    , ideally in fintech, SaaS, orfraud/AML solutions.

  • Demonstrated success in exceedingbooking and revenue goals
    through partner ecosystems.

  • Experience in recruiting, enabling, and managing high-performing partners
    .

  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiencyin Salesforce and partner management tools (PRM).

  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

  • Experience with
    Saa Sand API ledproducts
    ,fraudand AML solutions.

  • This position willbe located in
    New York, Toronto, or St. John’s and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

    The base pay range for this role is $150,000 - $293,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.

    Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
