Senior Commercial Insurance Analyst - Remote

• Perform complex data analysis for commercial insurance to support overall business objectives
• Conduct various analyses, including root cause, cost benefit, and performance tracking, to generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with client groups to identify business needs and present findings to senior leaders
• Partner with IT to provide business definitions, data architectural inputs, and perform User Acceptance Testing
• Create and maintain key business intelligence artifacts, ensuring accuracy and logic

• Minimum of 6 years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent
• Superior research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills with the ability to conduct analyses
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with effective presentation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Visual Basic, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

• Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
• Commercial insurance experience
• Working knowledge of R or Python
• Experience with automating repetitive tasks
• Demonstrated ability to shape company culture through participation in employee initiatives
