- Perform complex data analysis to support overall business objectives and generate actionable insights
- Consult with client groups to identify business needs and present findings to senior leaders
- Collaborate with IT partners to define business requirements and perform User Acceptance Testing
- Lead large cross-functional projects and provide mentorship to junior associates
- Create and maintain key business intelligence artifacts, ensuring accuracy and logic
- Minimum of 6 years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent
- Strong research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
- Experience in commercial insurance
- Familiarity with R or Python
- Experience with automating repetitive tasks
- Ability to actively shape company culture through participation in employee initiatives
