• Perform complex data analysis related to commercial insurance and overall business objectives.
• Conduct various analyses, including root cause, cost benefit, and performance tracking, to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with client groups to identify business needs and present findings to senior leaders.
• Partner with IT teams to define business requirements and assist in User Acceptance Testing.
• Create and maintain key business intelligence artifacts, ensuring accuracy and logical consistency.

• 6+ years of directly related analytical experience in a relevant industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Superior research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for effective presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation.
• Experience in commercial insurance.
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as R or Python.
• Experience in automating repetitive tasks.
• Previous leadership and mentoring experience.
