• Coach and develop junior team members, providing direction and quality oversight

• MBA required (top-tier program preferred)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting, private equity operations/value creation, or a highly analytical role
• Demonstrated strength in structured problem solving and quantitative analysis
• Comfortable working in client-facing, ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership
• Willingness to travel weekly (up to 80%), living near a major airport in the contiguous U.S.

• Experience in corporate strategy or operational transformation
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to present findings effectively
• Proven capability in managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships
