• Lead the creation, maintenance, and delivery of training for various levels of division staff, including ongoing education and refresher courses
• Analyze quality and productivity performance, developing action plans for improvement in response to audits
• Communicate current workforce activity and quality trends through various media
• Collaborate across divisions and with community partners to enhance training and support
• Research and analyze trends to provide solutions for identified issues

• Two years of management analysis experience, or four years in a leadership role, or an Associate’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and build strong relationships
• Knowledge of training systems and adult learning principles
• Strong skills in prioritizing, organizing tasks, and delivering training
• Must successfully pass background and reference check

• Completion of OPD Training Certification
• Experience in a customer service role
• Familiarity with data tracking and reporting principles
• Strong interpersonal relations and communication skills
• Experience with project management approaches
