This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager - REMOTE. This role is essential in propelling revenue growth by steering strategic business development initiatives within the Finance Business Unit. The ideal candidate will tap into high-value opportunities, enhance the firm’s brand presence, and drive client engagement through tailored market initiatives.

Collaborating with sector leaders and the larger business development team, this manager will implement strategies that align closely with the industry’s dynamics and client necessities, ensuring sustained growth and market relevance.

Accountabilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Finance Business Unit and its clients to effectively drive strategic priorities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partners and associates to become a trusted advisor.
  • Lead the creation of customized Finance pitches, presentations, and RFP replies in collaboration with the pitch team.
  • Collaborate with partners, attorneys, and other Business Development teams to deliver market-leading thought leadership.
  • Support the onboarding of lateral partners.
  • Implement business development initiatives and thought leadership campaigns aligned with market strategies.
  • Partner with global Business Development colleagues to promote cross-sector collaboration and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the Market Intelligence team to provide market insights guiding strategic planning.
