- Coordinate program activities across regional leads and stakeholder groups
- Drive change management efforts to support adoption and usage of newly launched programs
- Analyze Excel‑based data and reports to track adoption, progress, and program effectiveness
- Present updates, findings, and recommendations to sponsors and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or operations support
- Prior experience supporting the launch or delivery of new programs or services
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time‑management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with change management, communications, or adoption enablement initiatives
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices
- PMI, PMP, or similar program/project management certification
- Exposure to large, matrixed organizations or global operating models
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders or program sponsors
