We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with a primary focus on modernizing and digitalizing operational reporting to join our client's team!

🗝️Remote work (from Poland) + occasional visits in Warsaw office (max 5 times per month)

• Analyze and document business processes, value streams, and data models.
• Gather and translate business needs into clear specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess systems, propose fit-for-purpose solutions, and support change management.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and coach users on new tools and workflows.
• Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and performance reports.

• At least 8 years of Business Analyst experience
  , including experience in at least one full SDLC
• Degree in Information Technology or a related field - mandatory
• Expertise in BPMN and knowledge of UML modeling (capability diagrams, activity diagrams, state diagrams etc.)
• Proficiency with modeling tools (e.g.,
  Sparx Enterprise Architect, ARIS or similar).
• Skilled in requirements analysis
  , documentation
  , and workshops/interviews organizing and conducting (including questionnaires design).
• Experience in process optimization and projects involving content management or multi-level reporting
  .
• Experience in preparing and conducting market studies/research
  .
• Advanced English - at least C1
