Senior Commercial Insurance Analyst - Remote

• Conduct complex data analysis to support business objectives and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with various departments to research and implement findings and action plans
  
  Make recommendations for procedure development based on data analysis and broader business issues
• Consult with client groups to identify business needs, prepare findings, and present recommendations to senior leaders
• Partner with IT to define business needs and perform User Acceptance Testing on digital assets

• Minimum of 6 years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent
• Strong statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills with the ability to conduct structured analyses
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Visual Basic, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to make effective presentations

• Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
• Experience in commercial insurance
• Familiarity with programming languages such as R or Python
• Experience in automating repetitive tasks
• Demonstrated ability to actively contribute to company culture and community initiatives
