• Operational Rhythm & Accountability (ROB, Guidance):
  Own and drive the sales rhythm of business (ROB), designing and running mechanisms for pipeline reviews, forecasting, and operational sales team performance. Develop actionable insights and mechanisms to guide the sales team and build accountability.
• Strategic Sales Planning & Influence:
  Manage and bring incentive ideas to the table for the sales team, partnering with the Sales Operations Lead, Sales Leadership, and Finance on the design and implementation of effective territory structures and compensation plans.
• Process Excellence & Seller
  
  Experience:
  
  Focus on automation and simplification — leading changes autonomously to streamline processes and automate manual workflows. Enhance the seller experience while influencing a positive customer lifecycle and buying journey.
• Data, Insights, and Technology Partnership:
  Build out Salesforce dashboards and reports to effectively support the business, using research and data to drive decisions. Partner with the Rev Tech leader and Enablement to ensure CRM data integrity, adoption, and champion the selection and optimization of the sales tech stack.

• Trusted to make difficult decisions within their role and region, understanding where to focus their effort.
• Creates patterns and shares them for larger adoption, structuring approaches to solve any problem and leading initiatives under high ambiguity.
• A thought leader across the domain who builds relationships outside the immediate team, is sought for advice by leadership, drives change management, and monitors inclusion.
• Embeds scalability consistently, working collaboratively with various teams within and outside the organization to deliver results.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 years of experience in business analysis

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
• 5 years of experience in business analysis
• 2 years of experience in sales

Remote (Regardless of Location): $182,500 – $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Business Development
McLean, VA: $200,700 – $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Business Development
Richmond, VA: $182,500 – $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Business Development
Additional roles may receive the pay range associated with their location. This role is eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
