Talent Acquisition Specialist

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be:

• Searching for candidates to fill job openings
• Placing outbound calls to job applicants to gather additional information
• Setting appointments
• Performing background checks and drug screens
• Speaking to potential clients about our services
• Helping applicants complete applications and new hire paperwork
• Sending out forms and following up with applicants to get the forms completed in a timely manner

If you have:

• A demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Sales experience is a plus
• Social media savvy
