Position: Customer Success Specialist, Attendee Registration (Cvent Required) - Remote

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager/Director to align client goals with service delivery
  • Manage financial and data processes, including payment requests and budget reconciliation
  • Coordinate attendee experiences and manage on-site services for events
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Success team and assist with training and onboarding
  • Participate in congress management and support services for life science accounts
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • College degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the meetings industry, specifically in operations
  • Proficient in Cvent and knowledgeable about virtual and hybrid event options
  • Proven excellent oral and written communication skills in both internal and client-facing environments
  • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time, including internationally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with database management programs such as Lanyon
