• Jointly lead a delivery team comprising internal business SMEs, IT personnel, client stakeholders, and external integrators
• Manage project delivery to ensure services are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Document decision‑making processes on behalf of clients within established project governance structures
• Coordinate task assignments based on project plans and communicate status to clients and stakeholders
• Participate in marketing and business development activities, including writing blog posts and attending industry conferences

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field
• 5 or more years of experience working with federal, state, or local government in areas such as permitting or regulatory systems
• Experience with agile software implementation methodologies
• Experience implementing permitting and regulatory systems such as Accela, Central Square, or Oracle is desired
• Knowledge of quality assurance/control procedures and proactive problem management skills

• Advanced degree and current project management certification (PMP or CAPM) or organizational change management certification
• Consulting experience in a national or regional firm with public sector clients or relevant independent consulting experience
• Prior employment with a software vendor or system integrator in requirements gathering and software testing
