Senior Commercial Insurance Analyst - Remote

• Perform complex data analysis related to commercial insurance and business objectives
• Collaborate with various departments to support findings and develop action plans
• Make recommendations for procedure development based on broader business issues
• Consult with client groups to identify and scope business needs and present findings to senior leadership
• Create and maintain key business intelligence artifacts, ensuring accuracy and logic

• Minimum of 6 years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Superior research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Visual Basic, and data visualization tools

• Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
• Experience in commercial insurance
• Working knowledge of R or Python
• Experience with automating repetitive tasks
• Previous leadership and mentoring experience
