- Perform complex data analysis to inform business strategy and provide risk management recommendations
- Collaborate with various departments to gain support on findings and action plans
- Conduct analyses including root cause, cost benefit, performance tracking, and forecasting
- Consult with client groups to identify business needs and prepare findings for senior leaders
- Partner with IT to define business requirements and conduct User Acceptance Testing on digital assets
- Minimum of 6 years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent
- Superior research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to make effective presentations
- Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
- Commercial insurance experience
- Working knowledge of R or Python
- Experience with automating repetitive tasks
- Ability to actively participate in shaping company culture through volunteerism and employee resource groups
