• Develop and advise on a portfolio of Gartner research focused on AI, machine learning, and data topics
• Engage with clients to discuss complex challenges and provide actionable recommendations
• Create innovative research content that addresses clients’ needs and accelerates their decision-making
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify root causes of client barriers and propose strategic solutions
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative research community

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in AI or ML, with expertise in areas such as AI risk management or generative AI
• Strong technical skills in AI system design and integration into business processes
• Proven ability to engage with executives and stakeholders effectively
• Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills

• Deep understanding of the global and competitive landscape in AI
• Experience presenting at industry conferences and events
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with innovative AI governance and risk management practices
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across diverse teams
