• Provide administrative and project support, including scheduling and documentation
• Collaborate with clients and team members to develop creative gifting and engagement solutions
• Prepare proposals and presentations for client review
• Manage vendor coordination, including order processing and maintaining supplier relationships
• Stay informed on industry trends to propose impactful gifting enhancements

• Minimum 3 years of buyer experience, preferably in corporate luxury gifting
• Professional knowledge in the luxury gift market and merchandising
• Experience in client and vendor relationships
• Demonstrated project management skills with a successful track record
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to travel as needed for client engagements
