What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):- Perform complex data analysis to support business objectives and recommend actionable insights
- Collaborate with various departments to gather support for findings and action plans
- Consult with client groups to identify business needs and prepare recommendations for senior leaders
- Partner with IT to provide business definitions and ensure data accuracy
- Create and maintain key business intelligence artifacts as a subject matter expert
- Minimum of 6 years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent
- Strong research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and mentor co-workers
- Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
- Experience in commercial insurance
- Familiarity with programming languages such as R or Python
- Experience in automating repetitive tasks
