AboutThe Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Food - UAE team in Dubai. This role is responsible for owning and nurturing relationships with our restaurant partners to help them grow and succeed on the Careem platform. You will play a critical role in optimizing partner performance, improving operational metrics, and driving strategic initiatives that benefit both Careem and our partners.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
- Drive partners performance through business reviews, data insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Identify and resolve partner concerns swiftly to ensure a high‑quality experience.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support onboarding and training of new partners to set them up for success.
- Advocate internally for partner needs and work with relevant teams to drive platform improvements.
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, partner success, business development, or similar roles, preferably in tech, e‑commerce, or F&B sectors.
- Proven track record of managing external stakeholders and influencing decision‑making.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data interpretation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A problem‑solving mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.

- Work 4 days a week in office & 1 day from home, and remotely from any country in the world for 30 days a year with unlimited vacation days per year. (If you are in an individual contributor role in tech, you will have 2 office days a week and 3 to work from home.)
