The RoleWe are looking for a dedicated Ads Partnership Manager to support the Director of Partnerships in establishing, nurturing, and optimizing key strategic partnerships with advertising agencies and direct advertisers. The primary objective is to significantly boost advertising revenue and maximize the value of our digital advertising inventory by leveraging data‑driven strategies.
The Ads TeamYou will be an integral part of our Advertising team operating across the DACH region, responsible for servicing clients and agencies and managing strategic inventory partnerships. The team is split between Zurich and Berlin and works closely with international colleagues from other internal teams to achieve our shared goal of making streaming easy.
What You’ll Do- Support in managing and growing long‑term advertising partnerships, mainly in Germany and Switzerland. This includes preparing performance reviews, market insights, and contractual documents, as well as revenue forecasting and market analysis for inventory acquisition.
- Work closely with existing partners on a day‑to‑day basis to understand their needs, offer tailored advertising solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage reporting, monitoring and analysis of revenues both internally and externally to the partners.
- Support the development and setup of a yield management strategy and set of tools with the team, contributing to optimal inventory monetization.
- Coordinate and manage revenues in close consultation with the Director of Partnerships and internal stakeholders, focusing on ad operations as well as sales & programmatic teams.
- Support the team in achieving assigned revenue goals through partner, inventory and product management.
- Continuously observe market trends, competitive activities, and technological developments in the digital advertising sector to inform our strategy.
- Align closely with internal teams (e.g., Ad Operations, Product Development, Marketing, Tech) to ensure seamless partner integration and product delivery, and a predefined smooth yield management and data‑driven optimization of given inventory.
- Implement (automated) processes in partner acquisition, onboarding and support, including integration into existing systems (e.g., Salesforce/Advenio).
- At least 1–3 years of professional experience in sales, business development, partnership management or adjacent positions within digital advertising, Ad‑Tech, or the media industry.
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, its technology landscape and workflows, including programmatic advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to work effectively with numbers, spreadsheet applications, and BI tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet tools and ideally BI and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, etc.) and analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings with colleagues, partner meetings, and industry events.
