Senior Business Travel Consultant Duties:
 
* Deliver a personalised travel experience and service companies for their VIP travel needs.
 
* Booking flights, accommodation and a wide range of travel services using Galileo GDS.
 
* Building strong relationships with travel bookers and travellers.
 
* Deliver a high touch service that supports the client’s programme objectives.
 
* Offer consistently high levels of service delivery and exceeding client expectations.
 
* Procure the most competitive rates and fares across available channels and maximise all savings opportunities prior to ticket issuing.
 
* Passport & Visa advice and recommendations for ancillary products including car rental, meeting space, Meet & Greet etc.
 
* Consistently seeking ways to add value to bookings through supplier relationships.
Senior Business Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements:
 
* Uk based remote business travel experience within a well known TMC is essential.
 
* Fully conversant with Galileo and Evolvi rail booking system highly desirable.
 
* Able to be creative with air fares.
 
* Able to quickly spot opportunities to deliver seamless travel experiences, optimising trips with transfers, entry requirement assistance and online check-in.
 
* Exceptional interpersonal skills including written and telephone etiquette, as well as the ability to build excellent rapport with clients.
 
* Attention to detail and takes pride in excellent service delivery.
Please note only suitable senior business travel consultants with recent UK based business travel experience with be considered for the role. Salary is negotiable depending on experience
