Position: Claims Auditor / Trainer

Position Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Claims Auditor/Trainer to join our team in Waterloo or Mississauga,
Canada . The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office, hybrid or fully remote working arrangements.

The successful candidate will review the current claim handling processes to identify gaps and make recommendations for process improvement. Also it will create documentation and facilitate training sessions for optimal performance and improved audit results.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of insurance P&C senior claims handling experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience performing claims audits.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience training remote teams.
  • Previous relevant TPA experience will be considered an asset
  • University degree and Post-secondary education in an insurance related field working towards full license and CIP designation
  • Excellent data management skills and experience using reporting tools.
  • Excellent MS Office skills including excel, Word and PowerPoint.
