Talent Manager
As the Senior Manager of Franchise Recruiting and Engagement, you’ll be at the heart of our franchise territory’s success—partnering with field leaders and franchisees to recruit top talent, support advisor development, and drive strategic growth initiatives. This Role will support the Pacific Northwest Territory of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah and Washington.
If you are not located close to a physical office, remote work is considered for qualified candidates.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Strategic Growth
Collaborate with the Franchise Field Vice President (FFVP), Franchise Consultants, and Advisors to boost engagement and accelerate practice growth. Lead the annual business planning process, ensuring high participation and meaningful goal-setting across the territory.Recruit & Develop Talent
Lead high impact recruiting efforts for Novice and Experienced Advisors, franchise staff, and external practice acquisitions. You’ll build and manage a diverse sourcing strategy, screen and interview candidates, and guide them through every step—from initial contact to onboarding and career development.Own the Onboarding Experience
Design and execute customized onboarding plans for new advisors and acquired practices. Ensure smooth transitions by equipping them with the right tools, training, and support to quickly ramp up and reach production goals.Be a Strategic Partner
Support field leaders and top advisors with strategic messaging, growth resources, and ad hoc requests. Act as a connector between advisors and the tools they need to succeed, while guiding matrix partners to deliver results.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or business development
Willingness to travel 20% (Territory includes Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah and Washington)
Experience in financial services or advisor recruiting
FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses
Familiarity with multi-office or remote team support
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to create and implement change, drives results, and holds others accountable. Strategic focus with ability to translate vision into tactical actions.
Strong project management and strategic execution skills
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing abilities
The estimated base salary for this role is $96,300 - $169,200 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
