Senior Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise contract management initiatives through hands‑on implementation, client engagement, and system optimization. This role sits at the center of delivery, translating real‑world contracting workflows into scalable digital solutions that improve compliance, visibility, and operational efficiency.

This role is fully remote.

• Lead customer‑facing discovery sessions to document how contracts are requested, created, approved, executed, and managed after signature.
• Drive requirements gathering through Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story definition.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, future‑state workflows, and system design documentation.
• Configure and maintain Conga CLM workflows, templates, metadata, and reporting to meet evolving business needs.
• Partner with technical teams to support integrations, customizations, and data migrations tied to CLM initiatives.
• Develop test cases and support user acceptance testing to validate new functionality and configuration changes.
• Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and process documentation to support ongoing adoption.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for users, triaging issues and prioritizing enhancement requests.
• Analyze system usage and performance data to identify improvement opportunities across the contract lifecycle.
• Produce dashboards and reports that highlight contract cycle times, compliance, and operational impact.

• Hands‑on experience implementing and supporting Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
• 3–5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise systems or workflow platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and sprint‑based project environments.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or compliance‑driven workflows.
• Ability to configure and support complex systems, including workflows, templates, and reporting.
• Experience collaborating with developers on integrations, enhancements, and data migration efforts.
• Comfort working with ticketing and work management tools such as Jira or Service Now.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders.
