What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead a team of Account Executives to consistently meet or exceed sales goals
  • Mentor and guide team members through coaching to improve conversion rates
  • Deliver sales presentations to key clients in collaboration with the Sales Team
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage the sales process and track key performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize lead generation and marketing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of full‑cycle SaaS or payments sales experience
  • At least 2 years of experience managing individual contributors in a sales environment
  • Proficient in Salesforce, including report creation and dashboard management
  • Experience with outreach tools and leveraging business intelligence for data interpretation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Deep understanding of the payments industry
  • Familiarity with Outreach, Chorus a.i, and Dialpad or equivalent technologies
