We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our short, you will be the vital link connecting our business owners and internal/external partners.
Your role spans multiple business segments, where you will collaborate closely with partners and business owners to ensure clear communication of project expectations and oversee tasks until completion. Your mission is to enhance work visibility, maximize team efficiency, and drive continuous improvement through effective change management processes.
** In long, the Servicing Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for:
*** Forge enduring, trust-based relationships with partners, delivering exceptional customer service.
* Collaborate with partners and business owners to comprehend their needs and refine project requests.
* Ensure contractual obligations to partners, such as routine reports, audits, due diligence, and risk assessments, are met.
* Define project requirements for partner approval and seamless handoff to other teams involved.
* Cultivate and nurture partner relationships through frequent communication.
* Manage and align partner priorities, ensuring clear understanding and adherence.
* Champion the voices of all stakeholders, promoting transparency in team progress and celebrating successes.
* Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to maintain thriving partner relationships.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of multiple products and operational processes.
* Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization.
