Position: Business Operations – AI Trainer
Type: Contract (Full-time or Part-time)
Compensation: $57-90/hr

Role Responsibilities- Translate business objectives into structured AI training strategies and guidelines.
- Design and refine process improvement frameworks for operational efficiency.
- Develop rubrics and evaluation criteria for AI models using business analysis expertise.
- Align AI training initiatives with executive and stakeholder priorities.
- Analyze performance data and recommend operational and model improvements.
- Produce clear documentation and executive-ready communications.
- Champion best practices across the AI training and development lifecycle.
- Proven experience in business operations, strategic project management, or COO support functions.
- Strong analytical and process improvement capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience aligning stakeholders and supporting executive-level decision-making.
- Ability to synthesize complex business concepts into actionable frameworks.
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment.
