Our generalists are the engine of our operations, they manage key workflows, coordinate global initiatives, and ensure that Allocator One functions smoothly at all times.

As a Senior Generalist, your mission is to lead and execute core operational processes that keep Allocator One running efficiently. You will manage complex administrative, financial, and project‑related workflows, support leadership directly, and mentor junior team members across time zones.

• Oversee daily operational processes across CRM, finance, and internal coordination.
• Manage global calendars, meetings, and communications.
• Track invoices, receipts, and expense reports across departments.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Conduct research for sponsor ships, partnerships, and event co‑hosting.
• Ensure high‑quality handovers and daily reporting through Slack.
• Mentor junior generalists to ensure consistency and continuous improvement.

• 3+ years of experience in remote operations, administration, or project coordination.
• Strong command of English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Slack.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Proven ability to work independently across time zones.

Competitive monthly package between $1,800 – $2,100 USD, depending on experience.
