Their portfolio includes IGBT modules, power assemblies, EV system products, and more. As they enter a major growth phase, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to help expand their presence in industrial power electronics.
The Opportunity:
The client is looking for a commercially driven, hunter-style Business Development Manager to generate new revenue and open strategic accounts. The role involves leading customer engagements from the ground up, supported by technical and product teams, and delivering solutions that meet market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow the customer base in industrial power electronics, including inverters, drives, UPS, welding systems, and automation.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, securing design‑in wins.
- Build trusted relationships with engineering, procurement, and decision‑making teams.
