About the RoleEuromonitor International is hiring an Associate Consultant or Consultant for its Dubai office on a full‑time basis. The role reports to a Consulting Manager in Dubai and involves leading and supporting research projects, managing research and fact‑gathering, analysing and synthesising findings, and developing deliverables for clients in the MEAI region.
Key Responsibilities• Own and execute ad‑hoc consulting engagements from research design to delivery.
• Manage the research and fact‑gathering process.
• Analyse and synthesise findings to produce actionable insights.
• Deliver high‑quality deliverables and present findings to clients.
• Work closely with syndicated industry experts to enrich client service and industry knowledge.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong comfort with financial analysis and understanding of key drivers.
- Ability to support projects outside the home office territory and manage global projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in high‑paced environments, managing multiple projects.
- Initiative to work independently and execute projects related to corporate strategy, M&A, portfolio strategy, target screening, commercial due diligence and IPOs.
- Curiosity and commercial mindset, keen to learn and understand client perspectives.
- Excellent analytical skills, comfortable with data and financial modelling.
- Strong attention to detail and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency in English;
Arabic desirable.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Engineering or related field (Masters, MBA, CFA or equivalent).
- 4–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, market research, investment banking or comparable project‑based roles supporting M&A, CDD and/ou IPOs.
- Demonstrated success in gathering primary and secondary research, analysing/synthesising data, and communicating actionable conclusions.
- Experience leading work streams and small research teams.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
