Position: Travel Staff Operations Manager - Events (Remote)
Location: Indiana

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Oversee training, education, and uniforms for over 100 travel staff
  • Schedule and contract travel staff for domestic and international programs
  • Solicit and recruit new travel staff as needed
  • Manage uniform orders and oversee the budget associated with uniforms
  • Conduct performance reviews and initiate post-program surveys for staff feedback
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in travel knowledge and logistics
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in administration or human resources
  • Knowledge of logistics related to business meetings and incentive programs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to travel extensively, potentially up to 50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Five or more years of experience in managing travel staff
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with performance management processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, self-starter attitude
  • Familiarity with computer skills as required for business needs
