- Develop, implement, and deliver training to internal sales teams and external partners on the new reward offering
- Collaborate with market and product experts to create accessible materials on market trends and customer needs
- Manage a calendar of market and product education activities for the product launch
- Track the impact of training and identify future training needs in collaboration with commercial leadership
- Support the management of the Highspot instance to enhance sales enablement content engagement
- Experience in the US reward market and with data-as-a-service product offerings
- Enthusiastic and dedicated with a proactive attitude towards new approaches and technologies
- Understanding of sales enablement technologies, ideally Highspot
- Confident speaker capable of leading various training sessions for internal and external audiences
- Previous experience in sales enablement or training roles in the HR technology sector
- Familiarity with market trends in the reward industry
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote team environment
