- Proven ability to engage in consultative sales conversations and articulate value propositions
- Strong understanding of revenue targets in financial institution settings
- Deep knowledge of the U.S. financial markets industry
- Experience in financial education and learning solution design
- Strong consultative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a small, agile team environment
