• Develop and execute strategies for the Cheese category to meet revenue and profit goals
• Conduct business analysis and monitor performance against KPIs to identify growth opportunities
• Lead cross-functional category teams and collaborate with various internal departments
• Oversee the commercialization of new initiatives and communicate project status to the organization
• Create effective selling and consumer promotional materials in collaboration with sales and marketing teams

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a consumer-packaged goods and/or natural foods company
• Bachelor s degree required; MBA preferred
• Experience with syndicated data including SPINS, IRI, and Nielsen
• Proven ability to build trust and lead cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Food industry experience is preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset: creative, resourceful, adaptable, and curious
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
