• Develop and manage the firm's impact measurement and management (IMM) approach and framework
• Lead the production of annual impact reports and custom client impact reports
• Conduct client education sessions on impact investing trends and methodologies
• Manage the firm's impact data infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance client understanding and elevate the firm's impact brand

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in impact measurement, evaluation, management, and reporting
• Strong understanding of impact investing strategies and market trends
• Proficiency in financial analysis and portfolio management concepts
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

• Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks such as IRIS+, B Impact Assessment, and IFC's Operating Principles for Impact Management
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
• Knowledge of client reporting platforms and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Exposure to data analytics and relational databases
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
