Seed Sales Agronomist

• Serve as the primary resource for sales teams on technical seed portfolio strategy and execution
• Plan and lead local training sessions, conferences, and experiences to enhance seed positioning
• Develop local seed selling tools and oversee execution of on-farm trials
• Partner with seed portfolio managers to assess local market needs and identify gaps in the product portfolio
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver agronomy messaging and training materials

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a business-related field
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
• Proven experience in coaching, training, and executing agronomic decisions
• Strong understanding of seed crop growth, development, and physiological factors affecting productivity
• Must possess a current and valid state driver’s license

• Experience in developing and educating others on agronomy products
• Demonstrated ability to create working relationships and lead through influence
• Agility in adapting to change and making timely decisions
