• Oversee training, education, and uniforms for 100+ travel staff
• Schedule and contract travel staff for domestic and international programs
• Actively solicit and hire new travel staff
• Manage uniform orders and budget for associated costs
• Conduct performance reviews and initiate post-program surveys to staff

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of education
• Two or more years of experience in administration or human resources
• Knowledge of business meeting and incentive program logistics
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to travel extensively, potentially 50% of the time

• Five or more years of experience in travel staff management
