What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop, implement, and deliver training to internal sales teams and external partners on the employer's new reward offering
  • Collaborate with market and product experts to create accessible materials that support the go-to-market launch
  • Manage a calendar of market and product education activities related to the new product launch
  • Track the impact of training and identify future training needs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the management of the Highspot instance to enhance engagement and learning of sales enablement content
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Experience in the US reward market and familiarity with data-as-a-service product offerings
  • Strong enthusiasm and a proactive attitude towards trying new approaches and technologies
  • Understanding of sales enablement technologies, ideally Highspot, to advocate within the organization
  • Confidence in delivering a variety of training sessions to both internal and external audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Previous experience delivering training in a corporate environment
  • Familiarity with market trends related to HR technology and reward systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
