• Lead and manage the end‑to‑end implementation of new business initiatives after verbal award
• Engage with Sales, Solutions, and Operations to validate new business scope and ensure alignment with customer requirements
• Translate business requirements into scalable designs and manage change control throughout project life cycles
• Provide day‑to‑day direction to cross‑functional teams and ensure adherence to implementation best practices
• Collaborate with customer representatives and project managers to address potential issues and ensure smooth transitions post‑go‑live

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred and 8 years of relevant experience
• Direct customer‑facing and implementation delivery experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships
• Experience managing teams, including contractors and suppliers

• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies for customer solutions
• Customer service‑driven mindset with analytical and problem‑solving aptitude
