Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee training and uniforms for over 100 travel staff members
  • Schedule and contract travel staff for various programs
  • Actively recruit new travel staff as needed
  • Manage uniform orders, budgets, and associated costs
  • Conduct performance reviews and respond to post-program feedback from staff
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in travel logistics
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in administration or human resources
  • Knowledge of business meeting and incentive program logistics

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to travel extensively, up to 50% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Five or more years of experience in travel staff management
  • Familiarity with managing large-scale events and meetings
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, self-starter attitude
