• Ensure customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations using the IoT platform
• Compose joint success plans with customers to outline objectives, metrics, and timelines
• Conduct executive business reviews with decision-makers to align on goals
• Recommend workflow changes through workshops to optimize use of Samsara products
• Serve as a mentor to the Customer Success and Support teams while embodying company cultural principles

• 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Previous hands‑on experience with technical products
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

• Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
• Experience serving large‑scale business solutions at Fortune 500 companies
• Strong bias for action and ability to think strategically
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured and change‑heavy environment
