Travel Operations Manager - Events; Remote

• Oversee training, education, and uniforms for 100+ travel staff
• Schedule and contract travel staff for various programs
• Actively solicit and recruit new travel staff for hire
• Manage uniform orders, budget, and associated costs
• Conduct performance reviews and initiate post-program surveys to gather staff feedback

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in travel management or related field
• Minimum of two years’ experience in administration or human resources
• Knowledge of logistics for business meetings and incentive programs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to travel extensively, potentially 50% of the time

• Five or more years of experience in travel staff management
• Extensive knowledge of travel logistics and industry best practices
• Proven track record of successful team leadership and management
