Wednesday to Friday - 9am-4pm (18 hours per week)

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Group HSE Co-ordinator to support our Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) function through expert administration and systems management. If you thrive in a detail-driven role and enjoy working with data systems and people this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

• Support the Group HSE function with administration and compliance across multiple business units.
• Manage data collation for Cox Conserves sustainability projects and champion our Zero Waste Roadmap.
• Coordinate and schedule ISO 14001 and 45001 audits working with internal and external partners.
• Produce accurate reports and analytics on incidents audits and environmental performance.
• Maintain and promote our electronic legal register and HSE training systems.
• Act as an internal HSE trainer creating engaging content and managing our annual training calendar.

• Strong administration and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills you'll be the point of contact for HSE coordinators across the business.
• Experience managing electronic HSE databases and online training platforms.
• Ability to plan, organise and deliver audits and compliance activities.
