What You’ll Do- Support the AR team in preparing accurate invoices and ensuring all documentation is organized and up to date.
- Help track customer payments, update AR trackers, and flag any delays or outstanding balances.
- Assist with customer account reconciliations and work with the team to resolve any discrepancies.
- Contribute to month-end AR activities, including aging reports, validations, and basic analysis.
- Partner with internal teams — Operations, Customer Care, Finance — to gather information and resolve billing or payment queries.
- Maintain clean, accurate records in our ERP and internal systems.
- Support ongoing improvements to AR processes and help strengthen our internal controls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- ACCA qualification (completed or in progress) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and stay organized.
- Comfortable working in Excel; exposure to AR or ERP systems is a bonus.
- Clear communicator who enjoys working with different teams.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Prior experience or internship in accounting is helpful but not required.
